The MCR-5000 Series is a new generation of high-precision, high-stability LCR digital bridges, suitable for production inspection, laboratory analysis, and automated testing, meeting commercial and military standards such as IEC and MIL. Equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT display, it presents multiple parameters including capacitance (C), inductance (L), resistance (R), and impedance (|Z|) with 5-digit resolution, supporting direct reading, absolute value deviation (Δ), percentage deviation (Δ%), and monitoring of measured voltage/current (V/I), with an intuitive interface.
The output impedance can be selected as 30Ω/100Ω, and the test level is 0.1V, 0.3V, 1V (accuracy ±5%), adapting to different device characteristics. It supports automatic/manual range switching, with measurement speeds of 30/10/3 times per second, adjustable averaging times from 1 to 255, and delay from 0 to 60s (1ms step). It has open/short/load zero calibration, including 5-level sorting function, and links with automated sorting through the HANDLER interface. With built-in 100 groups of storage plus USB expansion for 500 groups of parameter files, it comes with standard RS232C, USB HOST, and other interfaces, supporting language switching, interface style customization, and password protection. A 15-minute warm-up after startup ensures stable accuracy.
