The WPS-L series adopts wide-range power conversion architecture, realizing flexible voltage-current matching under fixed rated power to break the fixed V/A limitation of traditional single-range power supplies. The whole machine supports universal AC 110V/220V ±10% input, stable working environment of 0~40℃ and relative humidity below 80% non-condensing, storage temperature range from -15℃ to 70℃. Different models have fixed cabinet dimensions and net weights to meet desktop bench and cabinet rack installation demands.
In terms of output stability and measurement precision, all units deliver excellent load and line regulation performance. The minimum voltage load regulation reaches ≤0.01%+3mV, with ultra-low voltage ripple as low as 5mVrms to provide clean DC power for precision circuit testing. Under standard 25℃±5℃ test environment, voltage setting accuracy ≤0.03%+5mV, current setting accuracy varies by model according to rated current. The series maintains unified 1mV voltage setting and readback resolution; low-power 5A model uses 0.1mA current resolution, while other high-current models adopt 1mA current resolution. The voltage rise time is controlled within ≤150ms and fall time ≤2s, meeting fast power change test requirements.
For humanized front-panel operation, dual parameter input methods are provided: direct value entry via full numeric keypad, and fine adjustment via rotary knob. The instrument supports saving up to 5 groups of editable List test files, each with a maximum of 100 programmable steps and customizable dwell time to complete unattended cyclic aging tests. It supports storage and quick recall of common test parameters to improve repeated testing efficiency. Two exclusive built-in measurement and monitoring functions are standard: DVM independent voltmeter function that measures DC voltage from 0.001V to 80.000V without extra meters; internal temperature real-time monitoring to track equipment heat status during long-running tests. Comprehensive hardware safety protection system is embedded, consisting of OVP overvoltage protection, OCP overcurrent protection and OTP overtemperature protection. The power supply will automatically cut off output immediately once abnormal voltage, current or temperature is detected to protect both the instrument and electronic samples. Intelligent temperature-controlled fan adjusts rotation speed dynamically based on internal heat load, balancing low noise under light load and sufficient heat dissipation under full power output.
For automated test system integration, RS232, RS485 and USB communication interfaces are standard factory configurations, fully compatible with SCPI and Modbus remote control command sets to support upper computer parameter setting, real-time data reading and automatic test flow execution.
