FAQ
How is the device installed in a test bench or production environment?
The unit is designed for bench mounting or flush rack integration. After connecting the AC input, engineers set the output voltage/current and protection modes via front panel or remote interface. This approach supports its use as a programmable power supply within streamlined workflows.
What support and warranty mechanisms are available for bulk buyers?
Matrix provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and calibration drift, along with technical support for commissioning and configuration. These services are aligned with our role as a power supply supplier supplying large-scale deployments.
Is the product compatible with ancillary measurement devices or automation systems?
Yes. The interface supports remote control protocols, enabling integration with data loggers, electronic loads and automation controllers. This makes the unit suitable as a 1000w power supply or larger scale solution in comprehensive setups.
What lead-time should customers expect for OEM orders or wholesale deliveries?
Timeline depends on the model and customization, but Matrix maintains production capacity to serve wholesale power supply orders. Customers are advised to initiate specification and scheduling discussions early to align with manufacturing planning.
How are safety, data integrity and remote control handled when the system is network-enabled?
The device operates under command-based control and does not store personal user data. It includes protection layers such as over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature to ensure safe operation when functioning as a high voltage power supply or variable output module in critical applications.
