The MPO4000 Series Digital Oscilloscope is a professional-grade test and measurement device independently developed by MATRIX TECHNOLOGY, built for electronic R&D, production debugging, and precision detection scenarios. It has a highly flexible product configuration system, providing four bandwidth specifications of 100/200/350/500 MHz, and optional 2 or 4 analog channels, matching with 16 digital channels to meet the signal testing needs of different industries and product stages. The device is equipped with a 10.1-inch multi-touch capacitive screen with 256-level waveform grayscale and color temperature display, and supports humanized gesture operations such as pinch zoom and rectangular selection; the combination of physical function keys and multi-functional knobs realizes dual-mode parameter setting of touch input and rotary adjustment, greatly improving the efficiency of testing and operation.
In terms of core performance and functional integration, the MPO4000 Series has excellent signal capture and analysis capabilities, with 2 GSa/s real-time sampling rate, 2 G storage depth and 500,000 wfms/s high waveform capture rate, which can accurately capture various transient and weak signals that are difficult to detect. It integrates a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator that supports custom wave output, and 7-in-1 instrument functions, which can replace multiple test equipment and significantly simplify the measurement system. The device also has 41 kinds of full-memory hardware automatic measurement functions and rich serial protocol triggering and decoding capabilities, and supports USB, LAN, RS232/485 multi-interface remote control, compatible with SCPI standard commands, which can be seamlessly connected to automated test systems.
