The MTR-100 Multi-Channel Temperature Recorder is a precise and efficient industrial-grade temperature measurement device, becoming an ideal choice for multi-field temperature measurement needs with excellent performance and flexible design. It is equipped with a 5-inch industrial IPS touch screen, supporting three display modes: list, curve, and histogram. The 10 channels are compatible with 8 types of thermocouple inputs such as K, J, E, T, N, S, R, and B. Each channel has a high-speed sampling rate of 100ms, paired with 0.01℃ high resolution and ±0.2℃ basic accuracy, and cold junction compensation accuracy of 0.5℃, ensuring fast and accurate temperature measurement data. High-voltage isolation of 350V between channels ensures anti-interference capability in complex environments.
This recorder has outstanding practical features: it can record continuously for 46.29 days at 1-second intervals, with 20 files for cyclic storage of up to 200,000 data groups. The standard USB interface supports “instant USB drive” function for exporting to Excel. The 5-inch touch screen is paired with simple key operation, supporting screen-off power saving and screen lock to prevent misoperation. The upper computer software provides curve analysis, data list, and printing functions. It is widely used in production lines, laboratories, and quality inspection scenarios in industries such as lighting, home appliances, medicine, and chemical engineering, and can be customized with functions to meet complex application needs.
