MCR9000 SERIES IMPEDANCE ANALYZER

MCR-9000 series is a high Precision Impedance Analyzer with DC 10Hz-30MHz frequency and 10mV-2Vrms (min. resolution 1mV) test signals, and is suitable for the LCR and DCR testes of AC signals.
