Product Description
The MPD series adopts pure linear power circuit architecture, completely eliminating high-frequency switching noise of switching power sources and outputting ultra-clean DC power suitable for weak signal analog circuit testing. The whole machine supports universal AC 100V/120V/220V/230V ±10% 50/60Hz input, stable indoor operation within 0~40℃ and ≤80% non-condensing relative humidity, and storage temperature range from -15℃ to 70℃. The unified cabinet dimension is 210×130×265mm; net weight is about 7kg for 3-channel models and 8kg for 4-channel MPD-4303S, lightweight for desktop laboratory bench layout.
In terms of output stability and precision performance, all channels maintain excellent power regulation and load regulation indexes. Voltage ripple is controlled below 1mVrms under 5Hz~1MHz bandwidth, current ripple ≤3mArms, and load fluctuation suppression ≤0.01%+3mV, delivering stable low-noise power for precision component measurement. The unified high resolution of 1mV voltage, 0.1mA current and 1mW power enables ultra-fine parameter setting and real-time reading. Under standard 25℃±5℃ test environment, voltage programming and reading accuracy ≤0.03% plus reading offset digits, current accuracy ≤0.3% plus reading offset digits, with temperature coefficient limited to 300ppm/℃ to avoid long-running parameter drift. The load transient recovery time is controlled within ≤100μs under 50% load jump condition, responding rapidly to load changes.
The biggest functional highlight of the MPD series is three switchable channel working modes. Independent mode makes each channel output voltage and current separately without linkage, suitable for simultaneous testing of multiple different electronic modules; series tracking mode superimposes CH1 and CH2 voltage up to maximum 64V with synchronous voltage tracking error ≤0.5%+10mV, meeting high-voltage small current test demands; parallel tracking mode combines two channels to output maximum 6A constant current, adapting to high-current low-voltage component aging. The front panel is equipped with multi-group 5-digit LED synchronous display windows, which can show voltage, current and power values of all channels at the same time for one-glance data observation. Silicone indicator keys cooperate with rotary encoder knob to realize coarse and fine two-stage adjustment, supporting independent output on/off control and hardware key lock function to prevent misoperation during unattended testing. The machine can store and quickly recall up to 4 groups of preset voltage & current parameter combinations, greatly improving efficiency of repeated cyclic experiments.
Complete multi-layer safety protection system is built in, including OVP overvoltage protection, OCP overcurrent protection and OTP overtemperature protection. Once any channel’s parameter exceeds the preset safety threshold, the instrument will automatically cut off corresponding channel output to protect both the power supply and tested DUTs. Intelligent temperature-controlled fan dynamically adjusts rotation speed according to internal temperature, running at low speed with low noise under light load and accelerating heat dissipation under full power output to balance mute experience and heat dissipation performance.
For automated test equipment connection, USB communication interface is standard hardware configuration, fully supporting SCPI and MODBUS remote control command sets to realize upper computer parameter configuration, real-time data reading and automatic test flow execution.
